For all new patients, please email your referral to reception@nsendo.com.au or use the contact form. An appointment cannot be made without a referral as patients are triaged according to urgency. For follow-up appointments, either call reception on 9439 8447 or email as above.

If you need to be seen urgently, please call the practice to be booked in as soon as possible.
A referral from your GP will be valid for 12 months from your initial visit.
A referral from a specialist will be valid for 3 months from your initial visit.
A current and valid referral will enable you to claim your Medicare rebate. For diabetes education and/or dietitian appointments, an Allied Health Referral will enable you to claim your Medicare rebate.
